The Challenge
A World-Class Security Deployment — With No Story to Show for It
Dahua Turkey had just completed one of the most technically complex security and intercom deployments in Turkey’s history. Bosphorus City Istanbul — a residential campus of 175 blocks, 3,500 apartments, 150 elevators, and three vehicle access points — was fully equipped with an integrated platform combining intercom systems, security cameras, vehicle barrier control, fire detection, and elevator emergency communication.
The technology worked. The project was a success. But none of it was visible to the next buyer.
In the B2B security market, completed projects don’t generate new business on their own. Corporate clients — construction developers, facility managers, procurement teams evaluating large-scale security vendors — don’t rely on brochures. They need proof. They need to see that a vendor has already done something like what they need, at scale, and that a real decision-maker at a real company will put their name behind it.
Dahua Turkey faced a challenge that many technically strong companies share: the capability was there, but the communication infrastructure to convert it into pipeline was not.
Specifically, the gap was threefold. First, completed projects were not being documented and published in a format that corporate buyers could evaluate before ever making contact. Second, Dahua’s technology story — the breadth of integration across intercom, camera, fire, and access systems — was not being told in language that resonated with a developer, a facilities director, or a procurement committee. Third, Dahua’s channel partners — the integrators and resellers who actually bring projects to close — had no sales tool they could point prospects to when asked for references.
“The reasons we chose Dahua are: image quality, reliability, and durability. Dahua is technically one of the leading companies both in Turkey and globally, and its technical infrastructure is more than sufficient.”
— Erman Özkan, Owner, Özkan Bilgisayar ve Güvenlik Sistemleri
The IncreaWorks Solution
Turning a Completed Project Into a Corporate Sales Asset
IncreaWorks was brought in to do what Dahua’s internal team had neither the bandwidth nor the specific capability to do: take a real, completed project and build a professional success story video around it — one designed not just for awareness, but for the specific trust-building function that enterprise B2B sales requires.
The engagement covered the full production lifecycle.
Story Architecture and Script Development. Before a camera was on site, IncreaWorks structured the narrative. The goal was not to produce a product showcase. It was to answer the questions a corporate buyer would be asking: What was the problem? Why was Dahua selected over alternatives? What was actually deployed and how does it work together? What does the person who made the decision say about it today? Every element of the script was built to function as a trust signal for a future prospect watching the video before an RFP.
On-Site Video Production at Bosphorus City Istanbul. IncreaWorks managed the full production shoot on location. The video captured the scale of the deployment — the physical environment of one of Istanbul’s landmark residential campuses — and featured Erman Özkan, owner of Özkan Bilgisayar ve Güvenlik Sistemleri, the integrator who delivered the project. Erman spoke directly to camera about why Dahua was selected, what made the technology reliable at this scale, and what working with Dahua as a partner meant for a project of this complexity.
Post-Production and Platform Delivery. The completed video was edited, branded, and delivered for publication on Dahua Technology’s official global YouTube channel — positioning the Turkish deployment as a reference project within Dahua’s worldwide corporate communications footprint.
What Was Deployed at Bosphorus City Istanbul
The video documented a fully integrated security infrastructure across the entire residential campus:
- Intercom System connected all 3,500 units to every building entrance and vehicle gate, enabling residents to track visitors in real time from the outer perimeter to their apartment door.
- Security Camera Infrastructure covering all common areas, entrances, and critical zones — fully integrated with the intercom platform.
- Vehicle Barrier and Access Control across all three site entry and exit points, with centralized management.
- Fire Detection Systems deployed site-wide and integrated into the unified security platform.
- Elevator Emergency Communication across all 150 elevators, linked to site security operations.
- Single Unified Management Platform — every system operating through one interface for residents and one control environment for site security.
“We can integrate the intercom system with the camera system, the burglar detection system, and the fire system — and we have elevated the comfort of our residents to the highest level under one roof.”
— Erman Özkan, Owner, Özkan Bilgisayar ve Güvenlik Sistemleri
The Outcome
One Video. Multiple Sales Functions.
The Bosphorus City success story video, produced by IncreaWorks and published on Dahua’s global channel, now operates as a permanent corporate asset performing several functions simultaneously.
For Dahua Turkey’s sales team, it serves as a reference call at scale — available at any hour, to any prospect, across any channel, without requiring a live introduction or coordination with the original client.
For Dahua’s channel partners and resellers, it provides a credible, professionally produced reference they can share with corporate prospects during the evaluation phase — the point in the sales cycle where trust is built or lost.
For the broader market, it demonstrates that Dahua Turkey has the capability, the infrastructure, and the established partnership network to deliver at the scale of Turkey’s largest residential security deployments.
For Dahua’s global communication, it positions Turkey as a market producing reference-quality enterprise projects — elevating the country’s profile within Dahua’s worldwide corporate narrative.
“Being a global company capable of providing technical support within two days, Dahua’s technological infrastructure being more than sufficient for this project — that was more than enough for us.”
— Erman Özkan, Owner, Özkan Bilgisayar ve Güvenlik Sistemleri
